President of H&B Commercial and Home & Business Partners. Katherin is a Real Estate Broker licensed with the state of Florida and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Designee. It is her vision that has steered Home & Business Partners into one of the area’s most successful Commercial and Residential Agencies.

With the formation of H&B Commercial, 20 years ago, the commercial division of the parent company, the company has been well poised to respond to the dramatic changes to the commercial industry and has proven to be highly successful through focusing on the sale, purchase, leasing and management of commercial properties.

Alessandra G. MacMahon, LCAM

Mrs. MacMahon is the company controller of H & B Commercial. She oversees all financial matters: Accounts receivable, accounts payable, financial statements, etc. A graduate of McGill University in Business Management, she brings over two decades of real estate & construction accounting experience.

Alessandra is working towards her CCIM Designation and she is always eager to learn more about real estate and accounting by attending various continuing education classes. She is also a licensed Community Association Manager and she is fluent in English & French.

Cheryl Spearling, Vice President Commercial Sales & Leasing

Cheryl Spearling is a licensed commercial and residential real estate expert catering to businesses, investors, sellers and homebuyers. She services all of South Florida including Delray Beach, Boca Raton, Boynton Beach, Lake Worth and the surrounding areas.

With over 15 years of customer service experience in hospitality, customer relations, and sales, her professional background and passion for helping others is what led her into the real estate industry.

Her extremely competitive nature is what has driven her to become a leader in her field. Cheryl has exceeded performance goals and client expectations through exceptional interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, team collaboration, and an entrepreneurial spirit.

Pamela Lang, CPA

Mrs. Lang is a Certified Public Accountant and she is the H&B Commercial accounting manager. She handles all financial matters: Accounts receivable, accounts payable, financial statements, and she brings over a decade of property management accounting experience.
